I took away the clear scotch tape and replaced it with duct tape later on for the launch. The nose cap was printed without any issues. The launch went pretty smoothly, for a first go. The slight angle on the fins did its job and caused a nice spin on the way up, stabilizing the rocket. I made the foam nose tips, but the foam was quite brittle, causing it to shatter on impact. Thanks to the defects on the nosecone and the very hard landing, I don't think this will ever launch again.
